VO Chidambaranar Port Authority was conferred the Award for Exceptional Growth in Container Handling at the South East CEO Conclave held in Chennai, in recognition of its outstanding performance and continued excellence in container operations.

The award was presented by Gopal Krishna, IAS, Former Shipping Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, and Chairman, Conciliation and Settlement Committee, and was received by Rajesh Soundararajan, IAS, Deputy Chairperson, VO Chidambaranar Port Authority.

This recognition reflects the collective efforts of the Port Authority, terminal operators, stakeholders, and the port community in strengthening operational excellence and reinforcing V O Chidambaranar Port's position as one of India's leading container gateways.
