A review meeting on the construction progress of industrial units allotted land in the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor (UPDIC) was held today at Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) Headquarters, Pickup Bhawan, under the chairmanship of Shashank Chaudhary, IAS, Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO), UPEIDA.

During the meeting, the progress of allotted industrial units was reviewed, and interactions were held with investors to discuss key challenges impacting project implementation. UPEIDA assured investors of proactive support in resolving pending approvals and coordinating with concerned departments for timely clearances.

Chaudhary emphasised the need to accelerate construction activities and adhere to project timelines to ensure the earliest operationalisation of manufacturing units. These efforts will further strengthen Uttar Pradesh's defence manufacturing ecosystem and drive industrial growth under the UP Defence Industrial Corridor.
