Union Bank of India proudly presented a dividend cheque of ₹2,853.33 crore for FY 2025–26 to  Union Minister for Finance & Corporate Affairs, Mrs Nirmala Sitharaman Ji. The cheque was handed over by Asheesh Pandey, Managing Director & CEO, Union Bank of India, in the presence of Sanjay Lohiya, IAS, Secretary, Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance, and the Bank’s Executive Directors Nitesh Ranjan, Ramasubramanian S. and Amresh Prasad. The dividend reflects the Bank’s strong financial performance and its continued commitment to contributing to India’s growth.
