Two IAS officers of 1996 & 2000 batch empaneled as Additional Secretary

Dheeraj Sahu of 1996 batch of Uttar Pradesh cadre and Debasish Prusty of 2000 batch of Rajasthan cadre have been empaneled for holding Additional Secretary and Additional Secretary equivalent posts in the Government of India.
