M Rajamurugan, IPS, Managing Director, Trifed, chaired a meeting in hybrid mode with all TRIFED Regional Offices at the Trifed Head Office, New Delhi. The meeting was attended by Prateek Singh Meena, IRAS, Executive Director, Trifed; senior officials from the TRIFED Head Office; and Regional Managers and officials from the TRIFED Regional Offices.

The meeting mainly focused on the Van Dhan Integrated System (VDIS), TRIFED's digital platform for managing and monitoring the country wide Van Dhan Vikas Kendras (VDVKs) meant for Tribal economic development and livelihood enhancement. Discussions included an overview of the portal and the timely updating of beneficiary information and other essential records, to strengthen implementation and ensure effective programme monitoring.

Together, Trifed continues to leverage digital initiatives to enhance transparency, improve governance, and empower tribal communities.
