THDC India Limited was awarded the Rajbhasha Prabha Shield at a meeting of the Hindi Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Power, Government of India. The award was received by Sipan Kumar Garg, Managing Director, THDC India Limited, from the Honorable Minister of Power and Housing and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal. Present on the occasion were the Honorable Minister of State for Power, Shripad Naik; Secretary (Power), Pankaj Agarwal (IAS), Dheeraj Kumar Srivastava, Chief Engineer (In-charge of Official Language), heads and representatives of all offices/public sector undertakings under the Ministry of Power, members of the Hindi Advisory Committee, and several distinguished guests. The meeting was held at PFC Headquarters in New Delhi. On this occasion, Managing Director, Sipan Kumar Garg, congratulated the officers and employees of THDC India Limited and stated that the key to achieving success in any field is to remain committed to our work. While THDC India Limited is achieving excellence in its business activities, it is also committed to successfully discharging its constitutional and statutory obligations.

He informed that THDC India Limited has been given this award for its excellent work in the implementation of the Official Language Policy during 2025-26.
