The tenure of ten Chairpersons, Board of Governors of various Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs) has been extended till February 24, 2027. The tenure of Chairpersons extended are: Deepak Ghaisas of IIITDM, Jabalpur; Dr Sukhi Oraon of IIIT, Senapati; Bollinei Rajgopal Naidu of IIIT Raichur; Lt Gen Konsam Himalaya Singh of IIIT, Agartala; Mrs Kavita Khanna of IIIT, Sonepat; Ashok Khade of IIIT, Bhagalpur; Lt Gen Anil Bhatt of IIIT Kota; Prof Vijalaxmi Deshmane of IIIT, Kottayam; Vishad Mafatlal  of IIIT, Lucknow; Anil Kumble of IIIT, Tiruchirappalli.
