Tenure of five Additional Solicitor Generals of India extended

The tenure of five Additional Solicitor Generals of India (ASGI) has been extended for a further term of three years with effect from June 30, 2026. The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved their extension to the posts.
