Singrauli Town Official Language Implementation Committee meeting concludes
A meeting of the Singrauli Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC) was held in Baidhan on June 29, 2026. The meeting was organized under the aegis of NCL Headquarters, Singrauli, with Power Grid Corporation, Vindhyanagar, successfully discharging the role of the coordinating office.

The meeting was presided over by Manish Kumar, Director (Personnel), NCL, and Chairman of TOLIC Singrauli. Dignitaries present on the dais included Ram Rekha Yadav, General Manager, Power Grid Corporation, Vindhyanagar; Kishore Kumar Hota, Executive Director, NTPC Limited; and Naveen Nishchal, Assistant Commissioner and Regional In-charge, CMPF, Singrauli. Representatives from a total of 24 member offices of TOLIC Singrauli participated in the meeting. Attendees included officials from various NCL projects, as well as Official Language officers and representatives from Power Grid Corporation; Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Vindhyanagar; State Bank of India, Baidhan; Department of Posts; Union Bank; Indian Railways; BEML; BSNL; and other government institutions.

Detailed discussions were held regarding the effective implementation of the Official Language (Hindi) in member offices, promoting the use of Hindi in official work, and reviewing activities related to the Official Language. Member offices shared notable work and innovations undertaken in the field of the Official Language, and deliberations were held on suggestions necessary for the effective implementation of the Official Language policy.

On this occasion, the TOLIC Singrauli family expanded with the welcoming of four new member offices. Membership of TOLIC Singrauli was granted to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Singrauli; Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jayant; CMPFO, Jayant; and THDC India Limited, Amelia Coal Mine, Singrauli. At the conclusion of the meeting, all member offices reiterated their commitment to the increased use of the official language, Hindi, and the effective implementation of the Government of India's official language policy. The Chairperson urged all member offices to conduct official language-related programs more effectively and to continuously promote the use of Hindi in official work. Rajesh Trivedi, General Manager (Official Language) and Secretary, TOLIC Singrauli, was also present at the meeting.

The meeting concluded in a cordial atmosphere with a vote of thanks to all participants.
