Seminar on ‘Activity Based Cost Management Systems’ held
A seminar on Activity Based Cost Management System was organised by the Northern India Regional Council of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India at the Constitutional Club, New Delhi on April 24, 2024.
Anand Kumar Pal, Chief Advisor Cost of the Ministry of Finance, who was the Chief Guest, deliberated a lecture on Cost Accounting and present day developments in the field of Cost Accounting and Cost Control with the requirements of the Government.
Besides, CMA Ravi Sahni, a practicing Cost Accountant, has also delivered his lecture in details on the Activity Based Costing and its need on present day management of a manufacturing company to make it more competitive.
The seminar, which was organized by Northern India Regional Council, was attended by about 200 members including two past presidents, many past CFOs, practicing Cost Accountants, Senior Finance Officials from different PSUs and other companies also joined the seminar.
