Secretary Spices Board inaugurates technical training program
Secretary Spices Board inaugurated a 3-day technical training program on mycotoxin management and analysis in pepper at Kochi for member countries of the International Pepper Community from 1st to 3rd July 2026.
The program aims to provide comprehensive technical & practical knowledge on the management, detection, sampling, analytical methods & quality assurance of mycotoxin in pepper contributing to enhanced food safety, regulatory compliance for meeting international trade standards.
