IIM Calcutta received three golf carts donated by the State Bank of India (SBI) as part of an Institute initiative to facilitate convenient commuting within the campus.

The golf carts were formally inaugurated at the Institute's parking area in front of the Administrative Building. The ceremony was attended by Prof. Alok Kumar Rai, Director, IIM Calcutta; Prof. Vivek Rajvanshi, Dean (Development & External Relations), IIM Calcutta; Naveen Kumar Gupta, General Manager, Network-II, LHO Kolkata, SBI; Mukul Kumar Singh Manna, Deputy General Manager (Business & Operations), SBI; and Smt. Amrita Patnaik, Regional Manager, Region 5, AO South 24 Parganas, SBI.

The initiative reflects a collaborative effort between SBI and IIM Calcutta towards enhancing campus mobility and providing greater convenience to the IIM Calcutta community.
