Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), represented by Saleem Ahmad, Chairman & Managing Director, held a productive meeting with HE Laziz Shavkatovich Kudratov, Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, HE Dr Sardor Rustambaev, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to India, and senior officials from the Ministry to discuss opportunities for further expanding RVNL’s engagement in Uzbekistan.

Building on RVNL’s existing presence and experience in the renewable energy sector in Uzbekistan, the discussions explored opportunities for broader collaboration across railways, roads & highways, power transmission, renewable energy including solar, and mining.

During the meeting, B S Jaryal, Executive Director (Business Development), RVNL, presented the company’s experience in executing complex infrastructure projects in India and overseas and highlighted its capabilities across diverse infrastructure sectors.

The Government of Uzbekistan conveyed its support for facilitating engagement with relevant stakeholders, paving the way for deeper cooperation, new infrastructure opportunities and sustainable development.
