Dr K N Raghavan IRS (Retd), released Rubber Topical, the official quarterly English magazine of the Rubber Board. The Rubber Board launched Rubber Topical, as a prestigious publication intended to reach a wide spectrum of stakeholders, including policymakers, researchers, industry representatives, exporters and international agencies. The magazine aims to showcase developments, research, innovations and achievements in the natural rubber sector.

While releasing the Rubber Topical in a function organised at the Rubber Board Head Office, Dr. Raghavan said that an English magazine means you are addressing a global audience and there are enough happenings in the rubber sector to address and elaborated on the relevance of a magazine like this. N Hari, Chairman, Rubber Board presided over the meeting said that this occasion marks significant milestone in the outreach programs of the Board and through this developments happening in the sector and initiatives of the Rubber Board would  reach a wider audience.

M Vasanthagesan IRS, Executive Director, Rubber Board emphasised on the importance of documenting the overall achievements in the sector. He said that a magazine like Rubber Topical is needed for this.

Dr Siju T (Rubber Production Commissioner) delivered introductory remarks in the function. M G Satheeschandran Nair (Former Deputy Director, P&PR, Rubber Board), B Sreekumar (Deputy Director P&PR incharge, Rubber Board) and Sri. Benny KK (Publicity Officer, Rubber Board) spoke on the occasion.
