REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), the wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, handed over Musalgaon Power Transmission Limited, the project-specific Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), to the successful bidder, M/s Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited, on 09 September 2026.

The SPV was handed over by Ratnesh Kumar, General Manager (Engg.), RECPDCL, to Amit R Naik, Chief Engineer (TBCB), Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited, in the presence of senior officials from Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited, Maharashtra STU, and RECPDCL.
