REC concludes cricket tournament
Following the Chess & Table Tennis events, REC concluded its Cricket Tournament, as part of the National Sports Day celebrations, commemorating the birth anniversary of legendary hockey player Major Dhyan Chand, whose sporting legacy continues to inspire generations.
The cricket match was played between Team Urja – Men in Blue and Team Shakti – Men in Red, with 28 players participating.
Adding to the spirit of the occasion, Jitendra Srivastava, CMD, REC Ltd., actively participated in both Cricket and Table Tennis events. T S C Bosh, Director (Projects) and Sh. Rajesh Kumar, Director (Finance) were also present to grace the occasion and encourage the participants.
The day celebrated sportsmanship, teamwork and the spirit of play.
