A meeting of the RailTel Official Language Implementation Committee was held under the chairmanship of Sanjay Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director, RailTel. The meeting reviewed the quarterly reports from RailTel's corporate and regional offices. On this occasion, the Chairman and Managing Director released the 13th issue of RailTel's official language magazine, "RailTel Pragati." Cash awards were also presented to officers and employees who performed commendable work in Hindi during the quarter. The Chairman and Managing Director urged all officers and employees to work in Hindi as much as possible and praised the work being done in Hindi at RailTel. On this occasion, V Rammanohar Rao, Director/Finance, and Manoj Tandon, Director/Projects, Operations & Maintenance, recited poems. All senior officers from the corporate office and officials from regional and territory offices, represented by TPs, participated in the meeting.
