JNPA had the honour of welcoming Mukesh Mangal, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW). He was warmly received by JNPA Chairperson Gaurav Dayal, IAS, and Dy. Chairperson, Ravish Kumar Singh, IRTS and was briefed on JNPA’s key initiatives and the upcoming Vadhvan Port through a comprehensive presentation. The visit also included an extensive port tour, including NSFT, where he boarded a container vessel to gain first-hand insights into JNPA’s cargo handling operations and key infrastructure facilities.

As part of the visit, he also visited the Centralized Parking Plaza, gaining a closer understanding of JNPA’s efforts towards operational efficiency, seamless logistics, and the welfare of the driver community.

The visit reaffirmed JNPA’s commitment to developing world-class port infrastructure, driving innovation, and strengthening India’s maritime sector in line with the nation’s vision for sustainable port-led growth.
