ONGC Chairman inaugurates Phase-II of Real Time Operations Centre
ONGC Chairman ONGC & CEO Arun Singh inaugurated Phase-II of the Real Time Operations Centre at the Institute of Drilling & Well Engineering (IDWE), Dehradun, marking a defining milestone in ONGC’s digital transformation journey.

With RTOC Phase-II, ONGC’s onshore and offshore drilling operations are now integrated under a unified real-time monitoring framework, positioning IDWE as the central execution, surveillance and decision-support hub for drilling activities across the organisation.

The state-of-the-art facility enables 24×7 operational monitoring, real-time data management, advanced analytics, proactive alerts, expert advisories and centralised technical support; strengthening safety, efficiency and performance across ONGC’s drilling ecosystem.

By bringing well planning, real-time surveillance and expert intervention onto a single platform, IDWE is advancing a powerful vision: One institution at the centre of every ONGC well.
