Continuing NSDC’s efforts to strengthen India–Japan talent opportunities, Arunkumar Pillai, CEO, NSDC, engaged with ONODERA USER RUN, a leading Japanese education, recruitment and foreign-worker support organisation, to explore new pathways for Indian talent to access opportunities in Japan.

Building on the long-standing partnership between NSDC and ONODERA USER RUN, the engagement culminated in the renewal of the Agreement between NSDC International and ONODERA USER RUN, further strengthening the framework for collaboration across training, Japanese language development, talent opportunities and industry linkages.

As part of the partnership, discussions focused on establishing the ONODERA Blooming Academy across Skill India International Centres and NSDC International Academy in India, creating stronger avenues for aspiring candidates to develop the skills and language capabilities needed for careers in Japan.

The two organisations will also work towards bringing native Japanese language teachers to India, strengthening the quality of Japanese language training and better preparing candidates for the workplace and life in Japan.
