Building on the existing partnership between the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Takamol for Business Services under the Skill Verification Programme (SVP), the two organisations have now signed an MoU to further strengthen collaboration in vocational training and skill development.

Since its pilot launch in 2023, SVP has assessed nearly 3 lakh candidates across 83 occupations, enabling skilled Indian professionals to connect with employment opportunities in Saudi Arabia through a trusted skill verification framework.

The new MoU further strengthens this collaboration by creating opportunities to enhance training, assessment and skill development initiatives, supporting greater workforce readiness and international mobility for Indian professionals.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing skill excellence, strengthening workforce capabilities, and enabling skilled professionals to succeed across global markets.

With the growing relevance of skill verification frameworks, SVP continues to expand its global footprint, with upcoming engagements such as Oman further reinforcing pathways for Indian workers to access international employment opportunities through trusted and transparent assessment systems.
