The grievances and suggestions of the citizens were heard by Chief Executive Officer Krishna Karunesh CEO Noida in the public hearing hall of Noida Authority located in Sector-96.

ACEO Mrs Vandana Tripathi, Special Officers of various departments, General Managers and senior officers were also present during the public hearing. The complaints and applications received from the citizens were reviewed department wise. The concerned officers were instructed to ensure quality, effective and timely disposal of each case.
