Before production scales, capacity must evolve. At NMDC, every new facility is a step towards a larger vision of growth, efficiency and sustainability. At Donimalai, the 7 MTPA Screening Plant–II is steadily taking shape as part of that journey.

Designed to process ore from the adjoining Kumaraswamy Mine, this highly mechanised facility will enhance operational efficiency and increase Kumaraswamy's production capacity to 10 MTPA. Together, the Donimalai Mining Complex is set to reach a combined production capacity of 17 MTPA.

Equipped with an integrated ore receiving system, multi-stage screening and crushing circuits, advanced water reclamation facilities, tailings management systems and dust suppression mechanisms, Screening Plant II reflects a modern approach to mining.

More than a processing facility, it is another strategic step in NMDC's journey towards achieving 100 MT of annual iron ore production capacity, strengthening India's industrial ambitions through efficient, responsible and future-ready mining.
