Building on its growing engagement in Argentina, NMDC delegation led by Anurag Kapil, Director (Finance), along with Smt. Gali Anupama, CGM (NMDC Global), held a high-level meeting in Salta with senior authorities of the Province of Salta. The delegation was received by Dr. Julio San Millán, Representative for International Relations, and also met Dr. Paula Marinaro, Director General of Mining, and Javier Montero, President of REMSa S.A., the provincial mining and energy company.

The discussions focused on establishing a strong institutional bridge with this mineral-rich province and its mining arm, while exploring co-investment and partnership opportunities in copper and other strategic minerals. Both sides expressed a shared interest in advancing collaborations that can unlock Salta's mining potential while supporting sustainable development, local employment and long-term value creation.

With Salta joining NMDC's growing network of international engagements, each dialogue is strengthening the relationships, knowledge exchange and partnerships needed to shape a resilient and responsible global minerals ecosystem.
