NHPC CMD calls on DG, Border Roads
Bhupender Gupta, CMD, NHPC called on Lt. Gen. Harpal Singh, AVSM, VSM, Director General, Border Roads on August 14, 2026 at New Delhi.
During the meeting, Gupta briefed Lt. Gen. Harpal Singh on NHPC’s contribution to India’s power sector, its expertise in hydropower and renewable energy and its ongoing and upcoming projects. He also discussed the need to expedite the development of critical road infrastructure for NHPC’s projects, particularly in remote and challenging regions.
Lt. Gen. Harpal Singh assured full support and cooperation from the Border Roads Organisation in facilitating the timely development of critical road infrastructure for NHPC’s projects.
