On the occasion of Independence Day, V O Chidambaranar Port Authority inaugurated a new Ultrasound Unit at the Port Hospital, marking another step towards strengthening healthcare facilities and improving access to advanced diagnostic services for the Port community.

The facility was inaugurated by Chairperson Susanta Kumar Purohit, IRSEE, in the presence of Deputy Chairperson Rajesh Soundararajan, IAS; P Naresh Kumar, Chief Medical Officer; senior officials and employees of the Port.

The new Ultrasound Unit reflects VOC Port’s continued commitment to enhancing healthcare infrastructure and ensuring better medical services for its employees and their families.
