Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a subsidiary of Coal India in Singrauli, organized an in-house faculty felicitation program on the occasion of Guru Purnima. The program aimed to honor the contributions of the company's in-house faculty members (in-house faculty) who played a vital role in training participants for the examination conducted for the promotion from non-executive to executive cadre.

NCL's Director (Human Resources), Manish Kumar, was the chief guest at the felicitation ceremony held at headquarters. He congratulated all the honored in-house faculty and praised the success of the training program and the excellent selection rate.

The training program, based on the common syllabus of the examination conducted by NCL for the promotion from non-executive to executive cadre in various subjects, was conducted in three batches at CETI, Singrauli. NCL's experienced in-house faculty guided the participants in this training program, resulting in remarkable success.

A total of 568 candidates from Coal India were selected in the said examinations conducted for various disciplines, out of which 138 are from NCL. This is the highest selection rate of 24.30% amongst all the subsidiaries of Coal India Limited (CIL), which is a testament to the quality of the training program and the dedicated efforts of the in-house faculty of NCL.

On this occasion, General Manager (HRD), Rajan Mek, General Manager (IE), Manoj Kumar Singh, Senior Manager (IE), Ravi Ranjan, Senior Manager (HR), Anusha Chepuri, Senior Manager (HR), Nigahi, R P Singh, Manager (Finance), Diwakar Vashishtha, Manager (Mining), Pankaj Kumar Tripathi, Deputy Manager (Human Resources), Abhishek Tripathi, Deputy Manager (Finance), Harsh Chauhan, Deputy Manager (Mining), Amlori, Suresh Chandra Dhakar, Assistant Manager (Human Resources), Dudhichhua, Manish Ranjan and other officers and employees were present.
