NALCO and NLC sign joint venture agreement
NALCO and NLC India Limited signed a Joint Venture Agreement for the development of a 4×270 MW coal-based thermal power plant at Angul, Odisha.
The collaboration will strengthen India’s energy security, support industrial growth and power NALCO’s aluminium expansion, contributing to the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat & Viksit Bharat.
This landmark initiative is aligned with the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat, fostering robust infrastructure, energy security, and inclusive economic growth for the nation. Union Minister of Coal and Mines, G Kishan Reddy graced the occasion.
