Ms. Padma Dhulipala’s distinguished journey of over 38 years at IndianOil reflects wide-ranging contributions across Terminal Operations, Infrastructure Planning, Pricing and Corporate Planning. She currently leads Corporate Performance Management, CAPEX formulation and strategic policy engagement with the Government and industry forums. She played a key role in developing the LPG subsidy and Direct Benefit Transfer framework, driving policy engagement, and strengthening the Corporation’s planning processes. Ms. Padma also contributed to company’s early digital initiatives and served on the Boards of IHB and HURL. IndianOil wishes her the very best for the road ahead.
