Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Goa to collaborate on the development and implementation of infrastructure projects across the State.

 The MoU establishes a broad framework for cooperation in identifying and implementing infrastructure projects on mutually agreed terms and conditions, with RVNL serving as the Project Executing Agency.

The MoU was executed on behalf of the Government of Goa by Omkar Asolkar, Under Secretary (Finance Budget-I) and represented by Pranab G. Bhat, Joint Secretary (Finance–Budget). On behalf of RVNL, the MoU was executed and represented by Baldev Singh Jaryal, Executive Director (Business Development).

This partnership reflects the shared commitment of the Government of Goa and RVNL to delivering modern, sustainable, and future-ready infrastructure that supports the state's long-term growth and development.
