A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between IRCTC and Pawan Hans Limited (PHL) at the IRCTC Corporate Office.

This partnership marks an important step towards improving regional air connectivity and encouraging heli tourism across India.

The MoU was signed by Mrs Promila Gupta, Group General Manager- Tourism, IRCTC, and Manish Rokade, OSD to CMD, Pawan Hans Limited, in the presence of Sunil Kumar Nagdwane, CMD from Pawan Hans Ltd., and Sanjay Kumar Jain, CMD and Rahul Himalian, Dir.(T&M) from IRCTC.

Through this collaboration, the two organizations aim to work together on: UDAN services and second-leg connectivity to make regional air travel more convenient. Promote heli tourism and meet the growing travel needs of tourists as well as local communities. Use IRCTC’s e-ticketing expertise and booking platform to make helicopter ticket reservations easier for passengers travelling to destinations operated by Pawan Hans Limited. This partnership reflects a shared effort to make air travel more accessible and to open up new opportunities for tourism and regional growth across India.
