HUDCO and NIUA have signed an MoU under the Technical Assistance Grant of CITIIS 2.0, reaffirming their shared commitment to advancing sustainable and resilient urban development across India.

The MoU was signed by Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD and Dr. Debolina Kundu, Director, NIUA in the august presence of Daljeet Singh Khatri, DF and Ms. Lise Breuil, Country Director, AFD India.

Through this collaboration, we will work towards strengthening the investment capacities of ULBs by supporting capacity building, developing bankable projects, designing innovative financing frameworks, and mobilising investments for Circular Economy and Climate-Resilient Urban Infrastructure—aligned with the vision of UCF and contributing to the shared aspiration of Viksit Bharat.
