Dr N Vinodkumar, IPoS, Chairperson, MPA, received the Rajbhasha Shield for securing 1st position under 'C' Region for 2025–26 from Sarbananda Sonowal, Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, during the Hindi Advisory Committee Meeting held in New Delhi on July 29, 2026. This award recognizes MPA's outstanding performance in the implementation of the Official Language Policy and promotion of progressive use of Hindi in official work.
