The Modernisation and Upgradation of the Paradip Fishing Harbour is being implemented under the Sagarmala Programme and continues to make steady progress. Major project components, including the jetty works and shore protection works, have been successfully completed, while the parking area is nearing completion. Construction activities for the new auction hall and commercial buildings are progressing as planned, and the overhead water tank (OHT) is in its final stage of completion. Internal road development works are also approaching completion, highlighting the project's advancement towards providing modern infrastructure and enhanced facilities for the fishing community.
