MHADA completed the Housing Happiness Index (HHI) survey and evaluation with the aim of bringing a holistic improvement in the lives of residents.

The Housing Happiness Index Intervention catalogue was created identifying the needs, key issues and necessary improvements of residents, based on findings published from this survey. Also, an important step has been taken towards creating a safer, inclusive, healthier and happier MHADA colonies by providing separate funds to implement planned improvements in select colonies.
