MDI Gurgaon's Induction Journey for the 2026-28 batch began with a stirring Welcome & Inaugural Ceremony. The event commenced with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony, symbolising knowledge and new beginnings. We were privileged to hear from Chief Guest Ayush Gupta; Prof. Arvind Sahay, Director, MDI Gurgaon; Prof. Jyotsna Bhatnagar, Dean, GP, & Prof. Manoj Anand, Dean, SoMFI, who shared their valuable insights on leadership, purpose, and growth.

Students were called to lead with curiosity, resilience, and integrity — to own their challenges, grow through failures, and chase excellence without losing balance. The power of collective effort was underscored as a cornerstone for success beyond the classroom.

Ayush Gupta’s inspiring address set the tone for the new batch as they embarked on their MDI Gurgaon journey.
