Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd: First AGM of Colombo Dockyard PLC held
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited is pleased to share that Colombo Dockyard PLC (CDPLC), our subsidiary following MDL’s acquisition of a 51% stake, successfully held its first Annual General Meeting under the new ownership structure.
The AGM, chaired by Capt. Jagmohan (Retd.), Chairman & Managing Director of MDL and Chairman of CDPLC, was warmly received by shareholders and marks an important milestone in the integration of CDPLC into the MDL family.
This is a proud step forward for maritime cooperation between India and Sri Lanka, and for our shared vision of building CDPLC into a stronger, more competitive shipyard. MDL remains committed to supporting CDPLC’s growth, governance, and long-term value creation for all its stakeholders.
