Mass resignations from Service: Is everything okay in Indian Economic Service?

At least three officers have voluntarily resigned from the Indian Economic Service (IES) in the last three days. Ajay Srivastava of 1996 batch; Praveen Mahto of 1992 batch and Lalit Kumar Chandel of 1995 batch have quit the service.
