Lucknow Development Authority Vice Chairman inspects projects
Vehicles will soon be speeding on the Baikunth Dham Bridge being constructed over the Gomti River under the Green Corridor Project.

Lucknow Development Authority Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar inspected the project and directed completion by November 2026.

The construction of this bridge will significantly ease travel between Nishatganj, Dalibagh, and Hazratganj, and will directly benefit a large population.

A 330-meter-long, 6-lane bridge is being constructed over the Gomti River near Baikunth Dham at a cost of approximately ₹70 crore. Its construction will significantly reduce traffic load at the Samtamulk and 1090 intersections.

People traveling from Nishatganj to Dalibagh and Hazratganj will be able to travel directly via the bridge.

Approximately 85 percent of the work has been completed. The Vice President directed the concerned officials to accelerate the pace of work and complete the bridge by November 2026. Upon completion, the bridge was opened for traffic.
