Funds for the multi-level parking lot have been approved from the Government of India's Urban Challenge Fund. The multi-level parking lot is being constructed over a total area of 7635.8 square meters.
Parking spaces will be developed in the lower and upper basements of the parking lot, with a capacity to accommodate 458 two-wheelers and 350 four-wheelers.
The upper portion will be developed with a park area of approximately 3900 square meters. This will provide significant relief to people from the traffic jams that occur during international matches at the Ekana Stadium and weekends at the Palacio Mall.
He also inspected the Naval Valor Museum built near the Urban Wetland and directed the preparation of a proposal for its operation and maintenance.
The city is set to receive another new and modern green space in the form of an Urban Park in CG City. The LDA is developing the Urban Park on a 21-acre area at a cost of ₹20 crore.
The park will include an open-air theater, a food court, a library, a water body, pathways, landscapes, and a sports arena, among other amenities. The Vice President directed that all work be completed and the park be opened to citizens by November 2026.
During his inspection of the colony being developed by Jashn Realty Group in Sushant Golf City, the Vice President reviewed the infrastructure being developed under the scheme, including roads, drains, and green belts, and directed that infrastructure be developed in accordance with the population ratio. He also directed that additional parking areas be provided and that additional construction be avoided within the green belt.
