Addressing the team, CMD Manoj Kumar Dubey recalled how, on Independence Day last year, IRFC had taken a संकल्प to cross a PAT of Rs 7,000 crore, and achieved it. The message this year was clear: the milestone is not the destination. It is time to set our sights even higher.
With collective resolve, hard work and determination, the IRFC family is ready to take on the next challenge.
The Vimarsh also featured an insightful session by Shwetketu Mishra, CGM (Technology), on “The Art of Delegating Work, offering valuable perspectives to new joinees while refreshing essential management principles for the entire team.
The day concluded on a deeply patriotic note, with the IRFC family coming together, holding the Tricolour with pride and singing Vande Mataram, celebrating the spirit of Independence Day and reaffirming our shared commitment to nation-building.
