IIM Raipur successfully concluded the four-day Orientation and Induction Program for the MBA 2026–28, Doctoral Programme 2026, and MBA in Public Policy & Governance (MBA PPG) 2026 batches, marking the beginning of an enriching academic journey grounded in excellence, ethics, and leadership.

The programme provided students with a comprehensive introduction to IIM Raipur’s academic ecosystem, participant-centred pedagogy, institutional values, and support systems, helping them transition confidently into their new learning environment.

The valedictory session featured insightful addresses by Prof. Sanjeev Prashar, Director-in-Charge, IIM Raipur, and Ms. Pooja Lakhani, HR Business Partner, Ingka Centres. Their messages highlighted the importance of integrity, empathy, accountability, innovation, and staying connected to one’s roots while navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving world.

Students also engaged in sessions on Indian Ethos and Management, experiential learning activities, leadership development, mental well-being, career readiness, and global perspectives, laying a strong foundation for their transformative journey ahead.
