Indian Institute of Management Mumbai proudly announces the successful conduct of a three-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Leadership Acceleration Program for Women Leaders”, held from August 3  to 5, 2026 at the IIM Mumbai campus, in collaboration with NASSCOM.

The programme was inaugurated by Prof. V B Khanapuri (Dean – Research, Innovation & Outreach) and Prof. Sushmita Narayana (Chairperson – Business Development), setting the stage for an enriching learning journey.

With the participation of 41 professionals, the MDP focused on strengthening leadership capabilities among women professionals through contemporary and impactful sessions.

Key sessions were delivered by Prof. Upasna A. Agarwal, Prof. K. S. Ranjani, Prof. Bhavya Kapoor, and Prof. Nikhil Mehta, covering themes such as: Leadership Identity & Growth Mindset; Personal Branding & Financial Mindset; Strategic Communication, Conflict Management, and Influencing Skills; Digital Mindset & Future-Ready Leadership. A special session on Entrepreneurial Mindset was conducted by guest faculty Ms. Falguni (PwC), adding further depth to the programme.

The programme was led by Prof. Upasna A. Agarwal and Prof. Bhavya Kapoor, whose collective efforts ensured its seamless execution and success.
