HURL MD delivers keynote address at national conclave
Dr. Siba Prasad Mohanty, Managing Director, HURL, delivered the Keynote Address at the National Conclave on "Climate Change: Challenges & Opportunities" during the 5th Paribesh Ratna Samman 2026 in New Delhi.
In his address, Dr. Mohanty emphasized that climate change is not merely an environmental concern but a shared developmental responsibility. He highlighted the need to adopt climate-smart agriculture, balanced nutrient management, resource-efficient technologies, and sustainable industrial practices to safeguard food security while protecting the environment.
