At the Global Micronutrient Summit 3.0, held on 13–14 July 2026 at Taj Palace, New Delhi, Dr. Siba Prasad Mohanty, Co-Chairman, Fertiliser Association of India (FAI) and Managing Director, HURL, chaired Technical Session VI: "Innovations in Micronutrient Initiatives."

The session brought together eminent policymakers, scientists, industry leaders, and agricultural experts to deliberate on emerging innovations, balanced crop nutrition, and the growing role of micronutrients in enhancing soil health, improving crop productivity, and promoting sustainable farming practices.

As Chair, Dr. Mohanty steered insightful discussions on the need for collaborative innovation, scientific advancements, and farmer-centric solutions to strengthen India's journey towards resilient agriculture and long-term food security.

The session reaffirmed the collective commitment of the fertilizer industry to advancing balanced plant nutrition and building a more sustainable and self-reliant agricultural future.
