Pursuant to the implementation of the Integrity Pact at HURL with effect from May 20, 2026, the first quarterly review meeting with the Independent External Monitor (IEM), was held today at HURL Headquarters. The meeting marked a significant step in reviewing the progress of the Integrity Pact and reaffirmed HURL's steadfast commitment to transparency, accountability, integrity, and ethical governance in all its procurement and business processes.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Siba Prasad Mohanty, Managing Director, HURL, who highlighted the significance and objectives of the Integrity Pact in fostering transparency, accountability, and fairness across the organization's procurement framework.
