The 80th Independence Day at HURL Barauni was marked not only by patriotic fervour, but by a series of people-centric initiatives led by Dr. Siba Prasad Mohanty, Managing Director, HURL, aimed at creating a better quality of life for the HURL family.

From the Bhoomi Pujan of Chat Ghat Pond and 48 residential quarters to the inauguration of the Township CCTV Server, Basketball Ground, Children’s Park and Recreation Centre, the initiatives focus on strengthening infrastructure, safety, recreation and community life. Dr. Mohanty also visited a sample of the proposed 43 residential quarters, reflecting HURL’s continued commitment to creating improved living spaces for employees and their families.
