HUDCO: Strengthening Bihar’s urban future
HUDCO signed an MoU with the Government of Bihar to support the planning, development, and financing of Greenfield Satellite Cities, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable urban transformation.
The MoU was signed by Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD and Vinay Kumar, Principal Secretary, Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Bihar. The occasion was also graced by the esteemed presence of Samrat Chaudhary, CM, Bihar; M Nagaraj, DCP and Daljeet Singh Khatri, DF and other senior officials.
Under the partnership, HUDCO will facilitate term loans of up to ₹1,00,000 crore over the next five years for urban infrastructure projects, including land acquisition, enabling the development of resilient, future-ready cities across Bihar.
