The newly launched services represent a significant milestone in GVMC's digital transformation, delivering faster, transparent, paperless, and citizen-centric municipal services through the GVMC Official Portal.

Online Water Connection Services – Citizens can now apply online for Individual, Semi-Bulk, and Bulk Water Connections, eliminating the need to visit GVMC offices and ensuring a seamless end-to-end digital application process.

Online Birth & Death Services – Birth and Death registrations, along with the issuance of Birth and Death Certificates, are now available online, making these essential civic services more accessible, convenient, and time-saving.

Online Display Device Management System – Advertisement agencies can now register online, apply for display device permissions, make online payments, track applications, and obtain approvals and renewals through a fully digital workflow.

These innovative digital initiatives reaffirm GVMC's commitment to smart governance, enhancing ease of access, improving service delivery, reducing processing time, and providing a seamless digital experience for citizens and stakeholders across Visakhapatnam.
