GVMC Commissioner Ketan Garg, IAS, conducted a surprise inspection of the Town Service Reservoir (TSR), reviewing water storage levels, tanker filling points and tanker supply operations. He directed officials to continue free tanker supply in water-stressed areas for another week and maintain intensive field-level monitoring.

The Commissioner also reviewed “Dial-A-Tanker” and GVMC website bookings, including pending and completed deliveries. To verify service delivery, he personally spoke with a citizen who had booked a tanker and checked the booking, delivery and payment details.

With major water sources currently at satisfactory levels and coordinated measures being strengthened across the city, GVMC remains committed to ensuring timely, transparent and reliable drinking water supply to every citizen.
